Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our dress hire service.
By accessing and using our dress hire service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our service.

Rental Agreement
- By renting a dress from us, you agree to the terms of our Rental Agreement. This agreement outlines the rental period, fees, care instructions, and return conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand the Rental Agreement before renting a dress.
- Any dress rented from us must be used for personal use only and cannot be sublet, resold, or used for any commercial purposes without our explicit consent.

Important Booking Information
If you require express delivery and the start date of your planned booking is within 72 hours (not including weekends) of the time you plan to book it via our website then you must gain approval from LUXE HIRING before ordering via our website. You can contact us below:

- This is in place to ensure we have the Garment(s) available to ship and that it will be delivered on time for your start date. If you place the order without prior approval, we will cancel your order. We will refund the amount paid.
- We reserve the right to verify the information provided by you and reject rental requests at our discretion.

Dress Availability and Substitutions
- While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date dress availability, there may be instances where a rented dress becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable substitute or offer a refund.

Fees and Payment
- Rental fees are clearly stated on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
- By renting a dress from us, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the rental fees, additional charges (such as late fees or damages), and any applicable taxes.
- All payments must be made in the currency specified on our website.
By entering this agreement, you authorise Luxe Hiring to charge the selected payment method according to the terms outlined in this agreement. You certify that you are authorised to use this credit card/account and you agree not to dispute the payment with your provider if Luxe Hiring fulfils its responsibilities in providing the rental item(s).
You also authorise Luxe Hiring to charge the supplied payment method for any additional fees as outlined in this agreement (such as damages or late return fees). If a charge against the supplied payment method cannot be made, we will provide you with an invoice for the fees which you agree to pay within 5 working days.

If for some reason, your payment for an order is reversed or rejected, you agree to pay the outstanding amount within 48 hours of demand. Failure to do this will result in immediate cancellation of the booking. If the item(s) have already been dispatched you will still be liable for the full amount.
Luxe Hiring reserves the right to take all steps necessary to recoup any amounts owing as per this agreement, including the use of debt collection agencies and taking legal action. This may increase the amount owed by the customer, to cover the costs of these services.
Government issued photo identification is required for all bookings. The photo identification must include your residential address. If the I.D. does not have the correct and current residential address, this must be disclosed to us.

​Cancellations and Returns
- Cancellation requests must be made within the specified time frame, as outlined in our Rental Agreement. Late cancellation requests may be subject to fees or penalties.
- You are responsible for returning the rented dress in its original condition, as specified in the Rental Agreement. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or charges.

​Liability and Damages
- You assume full responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs during the rental period.
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our dress hire service.​
